Overview
Due to the discount pricing, we cannot accept returns. If you received a damaged product, the following exchange information applies:
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at using the contact form and we will get back to you.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase and a photo of the damaged product.
Orders ship in 1–3 business days.
Tracking is provided when available.
